We accept personal cheque/UK Postal Order (payable to 'GetCanvas Ltd (www.GetScooters.co.uk) Limited') or Debit/Credit Card by a 100% secure SSL payment gateway. Payment must be made within 7 days from purchasing the item from us.
Delivery
Delivery is within 1-4 working days of receipt of cleared funds. The production process only starts once cleared funds are accepted as each customer order is produced specially to ensure the best possible quality.

Limitation on Liability

a) act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;
b) war, threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;
c) acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority;
d) import or export regulations or embargoes;

f) difficulty in obtaining materials, labour or machinery; and
g) power failure or breakdown in machinery

Parents safety note: Supplied with all productsr are tools for fixings. Please ensure an adult builds, checks and secures all fixings tightly for your childs safety! The factory recommended age is 14 years old for this product and children should be taught to use electric toys properly, under adult supervision and off any roads.

Cancellations
As each order is produced specially to insure the best possible quality, once payment has been cleared and the production process started orders cannot be cancelled. If however you are aware of a problem with the order you have placed please contact us as soon as possible so we are aware.
Returns
